We will reship or refund for any lost order provided we are contacted within 8 weeks from the ship date. No reshipment or refunds will be accepted if reported to us after 8 weeks.
We are happy to replace any order that has not been delivered but on the following conditions:
- An additional 7 days has elapsed in addition to the standard delivery time since the ship date.
- The shipping address provided to us is correct
If you have provided an incorrect address, you will be charged for the replacement order. When/if the original order is returned to us we will contact you with the refund details. The refund may take some months as the “return” postage has not been paid.

If for some reason, an order that received you is damaged in any way, or if you don’t receive your order at all, we will reship you another package. If you would rather us give a refund, we will refund your entire amount at your request.
For this process, we will ask to allow 30 business days from the day the order was shipped. If within the 30 days, you still have no received the order or even if you haven’t seen any notifications that your order was returned or on hold, we kindly ask you to send us a support ticket in our refund section. We will take care of any support tickets in a timely manner.
