Penegra Xpress Tablet 4’s belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE 5) inhibitors primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in adult men. Additionally, Penegra Xpress Tablet 4’s may also be used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension (high blood pressure in the lungs) in adults to improve the ability to exercise and to slow down clinical worsening.

Penegra Xpress Tablet 4’s works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, thereby allowing the blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited. Thus, Penegra Xpress Tablet 4’s helps treat erectile dysfunction. Penegra Xpress Tablet 4’s relaxes the blood vessels, increases the blood supply to the lungs and reduces the workload of the heart. Thereby, treating pulmonary hypertension.

You are advised to take Penegra Xpress Tablet 4’s for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending on your medical condition. In some cases, Penegra Xpress Tablet 4’s may cause side effects such as headache, nausea, dizziness, indigestion and stomach upset.
